Office Shoes

Worst shop ever. Very bad service. I bought shoes which where uncomfortable. I tried to give them back the next day... I was wearing them just at home but they said they can not take them anymore!! They were not trying to compensate!!! Very bad!!

Very rude staff, practically kicked out of there with explanation that they took their commission away due the covid.

My shoes somehow got damaged itself after 17 days.... what were they made of? Paper??? Edit: second bots got totally ripped after a few months. Nevermind, both reclaims were declined. So you'll know where I am buying next time. Definitely not here... terrible store and staff arrogant and not helpful. I wish I could give you -1 stars. the very first time I put on my new shoes for 3k czk (120 eur) my tie it ripped... when I came there to get new pair or at last a new tie, they told me the dont have any ties... in a shoe store... after 15 mins insisting in new ties, they magically found 2 pairs and gave them to me

Absolutely crazy experience. A month ago, I was complaining about shoes (price 2,300 CZK), which I wore for 4 hours, and after this time, the side rubber began to peel off. Yesterday I was complained to pick up stating that the shoes were repaired. I inspected the shoes and part of the defect on the shoe was unfortunately still unrepaired. And now to the behavior of the store manager. I haven't experienced anything so crazy yet. Unpleasant, she doesn't look the customer in the eye when she talks to him and what was the highlight, so at first she told me that she could no longer see any defects ... so I asked her to bring me a brand new same shoe for comparison and then she didn't say not a word. So when I asked her to write a new complaint, the same lady told her colleague that I had peeled off the rubber on purpose when I was looking at the shoe: D: D And to make matters worse, she then began to convince me that she hadn't said anything at all that seemed really absurd to me. She let her younger colleague finish the complaint and left without a word, without an apology, without a "goodbye". So nice "business". If you think that this is how the store manager should treat his customers, then I am really sorry for you and I would recommend you get rid of this unpleasant arrogant manager as soon as possible. Or put it somewhere in a warehouse where it does not come into contact with the customer.
