Probably the most arrogant approach I've ever experienced in any store. During the first complaint, the lady told us that she would not take it into the complaint, that we tried to glue the sole. After the fifth reassurance that we didn't really try to repair the shoes, she annoyedly took them to complain, not counting that they would recognize us when we tried to repair the shoes ourselves. You had to hold on to not skip the counter. In the second complaint, the saleswoman didn't even bother to raise her head when I greeted me with the fact that I was going to complain about shoes. She looked at them and asked me if I was kidding that I was wearing such dusty shoes, that they were covered in mud, that I was maybe not five, so that I wouldn't realize that I couldn't return this. When I replied that she had a wonderfully pro-client approach, she raised her voice to me so that I would not kindly ride her. Then I kindly asked her if they would take the shoes off, that I was not from Prague and that I would not have a trip for a long time. So she looked at me contemptuously, if I meant it. I'm gone and I'll never come back here. Yes, she was the same saleswoman. I enclose a photo of "muddy" shoes.

I come to you regularly, for the second time you have served me well. And thanks for the extra tips, it's always handy. In addition, you save me time when I say what I want and do not want - so you bring me a maximum of 3 pairs of shoes and I know that at least 1 pair will fit. I like to shop with you, thanks for your willingness and your knowledge.

I checked the availability of shoes in the store. I was told that was not possible at the moment. That I should call later.

This is the worst store in Prague, reluctant arrogant staff, conceited saleswomen. The behavior of the leader is at the level of a 15-year-old child. They do not proceed according to the law in case of rejection of the complaint! Cluttered goods and if you want something from the salesmen of this store, they are very unpleasant. They prefer to talk to each other and customers are in last place. It would be appropriate for this assessment to be read by the company's management.
