I will never order online again !!! If the size does not fit, you have to send the shoes back at your own expense = 130 CZK from your mail back + they will not even reimburse the mail you paid to send the shoes to you !!!! So CZK 85 mail to you, CZK 130 mail back to them, so you will lose CZK 215 completely unnecessarily and you will still waste a month waiting unnecessarily for shoes and their return😡😡😡

Exactly the same as in previous reviews. Rejected claim slippers, worn in the interior about 2 months. Disastrous business, regardless of shop staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Purchase of Timberland men's shoes. After 14 days the heel broke off ... But the policy of Office shoes is NOT RECOGNIZE COMPLAINTS. So I have new unusable and expensive shoes. Don't be tempted by their bargain sale, you will save yourself great disappointment and money !!

Never more. Very bad behavior and arrogance of the shop when complaining. For a month of shoes worn for about 2500, - CZK, which I was wearing about 5 times and shows no signs of wear, but with a peeling outsole, I learned that I used them inappropriately and the claim was rejected. Reportedly, like other angry clients, I can turn personally to headquarters, but according to the saleswoman, they probably won't even open the door. I leave it to you, I will not buy more shoes here :-)
