Great shop for taking care of your daily or weekly shopping, offers a decent variety of items, in close vicinity of metro line and multiple bus lines. It gets pretty crowded throughout the week.

This has good accessibility to red metro line and bus. The produce section is good and the bakery has fresh breads always.

I already try to avoid this shop. But any time i go there, its disaster. Absolutely the worst staff ever. The mix of grumpy and rude guys. Billa franchise should do something About it...

Most horrible service and unprofessional staff I really waited until I felt it is necessary to share this because I hoped Billa management would do something to remediate the situation, and now that almost a month has passed, I think nothing will be done. On October 28, my wife came to this very Billa to buy a few bits of bakery. She had previously done some shopping in Albert. She entered the area ok, with her bag with Albert goods. After she already paid for the bakery at the register in Billa, a shop assistant (Radek is his name) suddenly stopped her and asked what was in her bag. My wife showed her all the goods, all marked with Albert logo, which had to clearly indicate where they were all form. That seemed not enough to Radek. Without asking or even saying anything he ran his hands (mind you, without gloves on them) into my wife's bag and started taking out her personal belongings. After he did not find anything to blame her for, he let her go, and before she made 4 or 5 steps, he whispered something to the cashier and they all laughed out loud in my wife's back. That was the last straw. My wife asked for a book, or a form to file a complaint, but they said they were not gonna give you any. After that the cashier said that 'Be happy. we are SERVING you, we could have called the police instead'. After that my wife asked the guy who was rummaging in her bag his name, he mumbled something indiscernible, and my wife asked again, but instead they called the security, and the security guy grabbed her by the hand and started frisking her like she was a thief. Second round of humiliation. Finally, another woman told my wife the assistant's name was Radek. In tears, my wife came back home. I wrote an email, a complaint to the management of Billa, to which they only said that it's all the fault of the security, which is not Billa's staff, but an outsourced employee. Which is nonsense, because I had stated several times that this all started with Billa's guy, Radek, who didn't have gloves on, who had guts to empty my wife's bag and crack joked about the situation. And continued with the cashier who refused to accept the complaint but threatened to call the police. Only then did the security arrive. I re-iterated that in my second email and said I need measures taken, but I got no reply. So, just for you to know. Billa is a bunch of unprofessional, low-quality workers hired by the same kind of management, who do not even know what customer or customer service is. Let alone manners.
