No one from the people working there speak english. Second they said that i can't pay with Edenred Card because the value of the products i take is more than 500CK. I can if you have a brain to do in 2 transactions. There was a young guy who don't know nothing about transactions. Better check very well the persons working there.

Extremely rude staff!!! Cashier was yelling at us because we were trying to put more money on a credit card so we can pay. He was throwing our basket and yelling that we can’t be on our phones during the payment. I was trying to explain him that we need 5 seconds to put money so we can pay but he kept yelling at us on Czech even though I told him 5 times to stop being rude. When I asked him for his name he refused to tell me and just finished our shopping and left the cash desk.

You can find pretty much everything in this litle shop however the staff is in general really rude. Definitely not the best billa in Prague. Also don't expect to find bread after 7pm.

Every day a chaotic shop. Items on pallets all over the place. Sometimes the staff yell and shout at each other. None of them speak English. otherwise, the store is completely fine, many discounted prices and you will find most of what you need in there
