I was always quite satisfied with Orsay, the quality of clothes is quite good, even though I recently bought a T-shirt, I was satisfied, so I wanted a different color and after the 1st wash a rag, a completely different material ... Unfortunately, I was very disappointed now their "personal" approach. I order for time reasons via the Internet and pick up at the store in OC Šestka, where I have the closest place and they are open from 9 am to 9 pm. The last order was ready to be picked up on Saturday, August 8, 20, I arrived there at about 2:45 p.m. I was in a hurry, so I waited only 15 minutes and nothing. I left with no one taken. On Sunday I stopped there again at about 11:55 and Orsay closed again, this time it was visible that until 12:20, unfortunately I had 2 small children in the car and hurried again, again I left with no one taken. I wrote them an e-mail, the answer was that they had no people and that they were sorry and that I could pick up the shipment. At my request to mail me, they wrote that it was not possible. That's all. And so little would be enough - I would adjust to the e-mail, where they inform about the possibility to pick up the shipment, that they have breaks anyway, and so on. I canceled the order, their approach disappointed me a lot.
