It's when something unexpected occurs that you see the true value of a shop. I made an order of a piano on a Sunday. On Monday they wrote me to let me know that they didn't have the piano in stock and that it may take a few days to order it from their supplier. They also sent me suggestions of alternative models I could buy if I didn't want to wait. On Monday night I answered that I preferred to wait if it was not going to be too long. On Tuesday they replied that they would let me know as soon as they have news. On Wednesday they sent me another email advising me that the item had been posted. On Friday I collected the item from the Post office. On the week-end I was enjoying my newly purchased piano :) Great communication and friendly advice all the way through. Thanks!

Friendly staff and niche brands. Worth the walk from the nearest parking or transport station.
