Excellent open-air sports facilities. It is actually a well-equipped free gym. Ten fitness machines are available, including instructions on how to use them. The following are available: 1) 2x Crossing - Stretching and strengthening muscles of the lower limbs 2) Bradla - Used to strengthen biceps and triceps 3) Pendulum - used to practice and strengthen the hips 4) Rowing - Strengthening the muscles of the upper limbs, back and abdomen 5) Steering wheels - Strengthens shoulders and arms 6) Leh - sed - Strengthens the abdominal and back muscles 7) Stretch fit - Strengthens the muscles of the upper limbs, shoulders and arms 8) Strengthening the hands - strengthening breast and muscular muscles 9) Stretching the legs - stretching the lower limbs
