Unfortunately for me a great disappointment. I have 3 bracelets from AG Jewelery, all ordered a few months in a row. The first was a locket with a heart, the locket my husband let me engrave a drawing from my son (characters of our family). Unfortunately, after a few months, the characters ceased to be visible, the locket is bent and is completely dull. It doesn't look nice at all. Also the material of the cord not much. I have another 4 bracelets from another manufacturer and it can't be compared. Here the medallions, karma and cherub are still beautifully shiny and do not bend. And I always wear all the bracelets together. The other bracelet has a heart that is half on the chain and half on the string. Unfortunately, there was a disappointment that the chain did not correspond to the design as in the photo without being notified in advance. But it is the smallest .. in comparison with the medallion. The third bracelet was for son-plate. She lies in a box in a wardrobe .. it was thrown away 2000, - After 3 days when her son had her hands on her cell was greyish, strewn .. horror. When I heard about the complaint, I was told to send the bracelet back and that there was a mistake in my son - that she was allergic. I note that the son has no allergies to anything. The bracelet, after being put back, was grayed out again after a few days, dull, engraved, and the engraving was hardly visible. My son wore it for a few days, always with a long sleeve, and I think for 2000, - such a thing should be more durable. There is a medallion above the angel on which the “family” is to be engraved. Unfortunately, the bracelet is dull, and there is hardly any visible here (only at a certain angle under the lamp).

Hello, unfortunately I also have to add a bad review. I've been waiting for delivery for quite a while. Price absolutely does not match the quality. I agree with everything that Mistress wrote in front of the review. I was very upset with communication with the lady. I communicated with her, sent pictures to what I wanted, redirected me to the web to make an official order. Unfortunately, I found something different than I agreed with the lady. A huge plate with sharp corners, knowing it was a 3 year old baby ... Then, of course, arrogant behavior. So the "bracelet" is in the box and I regret the waste. I do not recommend

I ordered the bracelet, I wanted exactly what was in the picture came, but with a different heart, which I would understand, but what I do not understand that someone wrote me, would not mind another design at heart..priced exorbitant, quality for the price really below average ..

In December I ordered a silver plaque with my own text on the string, in January the inscription is hardly visible - he was not nearly seen as a new one, I expected him to play a little with the inscription and he will see and not with the naked eye, the plaque is scratched, slashed and from a normal wearing. The cord is still allowed, the plate bends, I have to straighten. For 1300 - or how much after a month wearing it almost to throw. I would not have ordered!
