When traveling abroad, the question always arises of purchasing medicines for yourself, your relatives and friends. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service by going to this pharmacy. A very good selection of drugs, reasonable prices, originality and quality of medicines, and most importantly - the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, an individual approach. From the first minute of communication, they are ready to help, even if it is a special medicine, they will be delivered within literally a couple of hours, which is very captivating. I am under a pleasant impression, I have not met such a competent and thoughtful management for a long time. Thank you for your help, I highly recommend it to everyone! Unfortunately, I have to confirm that the service here is really bad. It will discourage you from buying at the entrance, I have been here about 5 times and there have always been ladies who will immediately spoil your mood, instead of kind communication they will cut you off and still scold you. I have not experienced anything like this anywhere else: Perhaps the staff will improve there, until then I advise everyone to avoid.

I am used to a helpful staff from the pharmacy who will help and advise - offer alternatives, order unavailable goods. Here, the first aid kits are incredibly uncomfortable and reluctant - especially the dark-haired lady who lives at the left checkout. I'd rather order hot dogs on the weekend or go down to the pharmacy in Zličín.

Very friendly staff, when they have something they offer another medicine with the same effect or willingly order. They can also give very good advice if you do not know exactly what to buy. If there were more such willing people in all the shops, it would be better to go shopping right away. Have a nice day. Soldánová
