Great location and all week opening times
Opening hours at first glance above - 20:00, so I found it on Google. I went to the branch right from work, arrived at 17:22 and read that MON-FRI have a technical break from 17: 30-18: 00.
Nothing is written about this break on Google, where most people are probably looking. Of the two counters, one was opened. I came in at 17:25, there was another lady behind me, I needed to send 2 letters by registered mail - but I needed to buy an envelope + wrapper for one - I have a customer card, so I do not fill in the delivery note, on the cover of 2 addresses, I am convinced that I could make it in time to meet the request of the lady behind me, who was still served, and that the subsequent sending of 2 letters is not so time consuming.
But the lady behind the counter told me she could sell the envelope to me, but she wouldn't wait "to write something down". So I refused the envelope, sent only the second letter and the next day had to mail again (of course I have already chosen another branch), because at 18:00, when the technical break ended, I needed 15-20 minutes to be somewhere else ...
