The ordered bouquet was not delivered, the recipient did not contact anyone, the owner (?) Repeatedly does not respond to e-mails.

Very bad, I'm disappointed because they delivered the bouquet at the wrong time and especially to another number in the bouquet was missing a lot of accessories and the lady was confused in everything, I do not recommend? !!!

Very disappointed, we received a flower that did not look like in the picture, instead of pink roses they put red there and they didn't even contact us if it was ok !! I think that the bouquet for 1200 CZK is enough, but the lady just apologized for the fact that unfortunately she can't change it !!! I do not recommend doing it in Prague for that price. Never again!
