We had an alternator problem on our way to Germany on a Sunday about a month ago and with nobody open and rental cars still 30km out from Prague center, we found Arslan. Upon calling, the owner answered and said they could fix the car Monday - AND - he had a rental for 500kc/day that we could take to Germany. Turned out it was a (older) Jaguar, but it got us through nicely and when we returned 5 days later - our car was fixed and a month in, all is well and perfect. I have to say we had a really good experience with Mr. Arslan. He even called us the second day to ask how we liked the rental.

During our way from Germany to the Balkan, on the last Sunday before Christmas we had troubles with our car. We drove to their garage and asked for help. I ran a diagnostic for myself and knew where/what the problem could be, so I asked them to check that specific part. The boss just spoke very basic English and didn’t really urge themselves to check our car. But after ~1.5hrs of waiting they started to fix it and after they learned that we speak some basic Russian the mood of the mechanic guy has drastically changed. He fixed our car quite quickly - I am still not sure where he got the replacement part from:). We spent no more than 3 hours at the garage and everything ended well. Thanks for your work again, especially to the Armenian guy!

Good day, I highly do not recommend this car service. First of all, no one even drove through the axle, because in the service they replaced the pins and brake pads and bearings in the rear wheels, Mr. said 10,000, - when I came for the car and I when I wanted an invoice told me that in the next 2 100, - The car threw the show anyway. I went to the service station for the second time and said that he would eliminate the defect, without any problem, Mr. agreed for the same price, when I was leaving with the car, he stopped me and said another 5,000, -? : D A 14-year-old car, so where are we. The car mechanic doesn't even know the difference between a drive wheel and a cam wheel. Someone drove the car for the second time and then when they found out that it was a half-axle, as you think people, but not really for my experience, even that you won't meet a Czech there.
