Skoda Superb 3U repaired "oil sensor - workshop" Ordered, accepted, negotiated repair price 4000, - (oil change + oil sensor change) In two days a phone call that the vehicle is after changing the oil, filter, a few bulbs and the sensor, but unfortunately it is not, there will be a problem in the cables, the service can not, so I have to pay the vehicle. Total price 6500, - (of course price increase was without prior agreement !!!!) I came to the service to pick up the car very dissatisfied with the negotiation in terms of prices, but the reception engineer had good news that it was probably a contact, it is not lit and it's ok. In such a case, I left disappointed with the price and approach, but pleased that the vehicle was repaired and I do not have to deal with it anymore. After driving 10km, the control indicator lights up again ...! The next day a service visit, ordered a claim on Wednesday that it will be ok by Friday, will try to look at it. On Friday, I needed a car, I went to a garage for it, the car wasn't even parked, no time. Let me arrive on Monday .. Super ... So on Monday I arrived, there is no time, they are slippery, so I come next Monday, make a place for it. The next Monday is not time again, because I did not arrive in the morning, but only at 11 am ... After that, surrendered. Absolute unwillingness to deal with complaints, arrogant approach, mainly that they will replace fools, even if they are not able to treat customers and do the work as agreed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pleasant service, sympathetic behavior and reliability

Changing the oil for 1500 is enough for Prague. I don't even want to know how much the replacement of shock absorbers or brakes would be.
