More than a month waiting for a reply to the complaint email. Overpriced original engine oil (approximately CZK 200 per liter more expensive than can be found on the Internet), which did not put this service in the car in the past (Castrol was used in 2018). Service sticker carelessly rewritten instead of gluing new.

I need to change the rating. After the last experience, I go elsewhere and the approach is much less "snooker" and much more for the customer.
