No reservations against prices and selection. But be careful when applying the ERGO extended warranty on electronics. I brought the broken TV to the branch where I bought it. They refused to accept, saying that they had nothing to do with the insurance company. I had to pay CZK 1,500 for diagnostics. Although they acknowledged the complaint, my amount was reduced. The highlight was that instead of money, I only received a voucher to buy at Elektro Planeo, stating that they are their contractual partner. On the complaint lines, I just find out that I have no right as a customer.

Goods from stores cannot be transported to another branch or sent by post, a system error that no one is interested in changing. They probably have enough customers, I won't miss them .... I'd really like to talk to someone from the company's management. If anyone would like to talk about problems, which I doubt, then 730 626 559.

They have TV in advertising, in airplanes and on the main website, but they don't have a back in stock, they can't even say when or if they will. The man only learns from the salesman that it would be best if I chose another. Especially from offering an extended warranty
