Room was dim and intimate. Other travellers were quiet and considerate. Waterpark was a blast as well. Service was also great! Really nice, modern rooms.
No proper coordination between reservation and FO regarding method of payment that was approved online but rejected upon check in.
The amenity or gift in the room was a torn inflatable balloon.
Amazing water park! Prices were reasonable and the services were great. The room was like any hotel room and comfortable. Slides were fun and the wave pool was a blast. The lazy river was not as enjoyable as I would have hoped for. And the spa.... the Spa was incredibly massive with so many dry and wet rooms. They also had hot tubs for a nice soak too. Go to this place and stay the night or two, you will not regret it!
It was very basic in my opinion, I drove awhile to get here and the hotel did not have a great choice of food especially for the price. It advertised a kid friendly hotel because it had a few things in the lobby but the buffet did not hardly seem appetising to myself or my kids. I'm glad the people who work here were so nice they were all very helpful and are the only thing saving this review from being less.
This place is really cool!! Water park, indoor and outdoor lazy pool with swim up bar. Tons of slides and restaurant with buffet style dinner and breakfast. The room was nice and big. Not too far from downtown Prague. I would totally recommend !!!
