If it comes, they work normally, but of course IF it comes. This is the basis of the service. Unfortunately, this cannot be done from a distance.

I have a very, but very bad experience with the company. I believe that the "repairers who have arrived" (if they are actually repairers, or rather the homeowners of the boilers) do not carry out repairs. Without the boiler, they noticed that it was on the dew and that there was a hole in the boiler from which water flowed to the ground. This fault diagnosis in me aroused justified doubts because the "repairers" did not take the boiler, so they could not see any hole. On my objections that they can not see a hole in something that we do not see at all, they replied viciously that they had their experience and left without it. Their only interest was to sell my new boiler. After that, a well-known boiler repairer repaired a safety valve, which was only defective within 20 minutes and with minimal cost. I do not recommend this business very much. We invited them to repair the boiler. The gentlemen did not try to fix anything. Their only goal was to manipulate us to buy a new boiler. In their view, a completely unrecoverable fault on the boiler was only the expired expansion vessel and the leakproof safety valve. The thing that another gas engineer had repaired within an hour and a few hundred crowns.
