We chose Mr. Březina to rent our apartment on the basis of a recommendation and we did well. I have sold the apartment twice with the broker Martin Březina, and if I sold it for the third time, I would definitely ask him to cooperate again. Selling an apartment is definitely not an easy thing, and if you are not well versed in the issue, you really need to contact an expert. This is the only way you can avoid problems that may occur. You can rely on Mr. Březina 100% in everything. He always reacts immediately, explains everything clearly, finds out, is willing, kind and has a human approach. I highly recommend Mr. Březina. In the last ten years, I have sold and rented several properties through other brokers of various real estate agencies. I was never 100% satisfied with their services.
