I have been visiting shoes in the Distillery for several years now, instead of preferring cheaper e-shops, I prefer to come there, because I always get professional advice on choosing the right shoes for my children. I always call the distillery and find out if Mrs. Anička is there, because I know that she can do it with children and she always knows which shoes to touch for so that they are the right ones. My friends also go there and only want Mrs. Anička, because in a few shoes you will find someone who is willing to take care of you, can do it with children and still understands it. I highly recommend this store, you can't make a mistake if you come across Mrs. Anička. I hope that Mrs. Anička will read it, so that I can thank her very much for me and my friends, who travel to her from Prague, at least in this indirect way.

In the store, I appreciate the large selection from various manufacturers. I know from personal experience that every child has a different leg. The saleswoman is really a professional in her field. They can handle both the first shoes and shoes for older children. They take care of each child individually. You wait here and there, but there are days when you don't expect at all. Great satisfaction for me.

For the second time, I encountered reluctance and arrogance. First the wrong size I asked for. Then, according to the saleswoman, the material, which was difficult to maintain, is the best. When I showed hesitation, the saleswoman took away her shoe, saying that the sale was over. Reluctance, arrogance, if you don't buy, you're a nuisance. I will not buy here anymore.

The amazing saleswoman, professionally educated in pediatric orthopedics, gave us beautiful advice, explained everything and was sympathetic and warm. Nice for us unexpected and surprising, thank you very much!
