If you have 1 relatively good child, everything is fine. However, if you have two children who are not the type where you put them, stand there and do nothing, there is a problem. I left without shoes and (I admit that only for personal reasons) annoyed, because beautifully folded shoes are of course tempting for children to unload and change and the saleswoman does not understand and comment (which I understand, but as a mother it annoys me, because how I probably have to do that for two with two children ???). Despite the fact that we didn't choose any of the many shoes for my daughter, because the sizes were chosen. I will no longer shop there. For the above reasons. Maybe it would help (for us) not to start with the shelves completely from the ground, but to move them a little higher.

At first I was excited, the saleswoman was nice, helpful. I don't know if on purpose, but she misled me, which has financial consequences for me. I had ordered two slippers for my son to school through the e-shop, I went to pick them up. I didn't have a son with me and the lady said she would try them at home and at least we would return some. But I ordered one of them 5 numbers smaller, I clicked. I could order them again and come for them a day later. She suggested that she cancel the order and sell me both in the right size on the receipt, and that the only difference is that we don't have 14 days to try it out (as from the e-shop), but only 10 days (from the stone shop). Which I said was enough for my son to try, that's not a problem. Then, 2 days later, I was able to return one, I learned that there was another difference that I was warned about. SHOES PURCHASED DIRECTLY IN THE STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED, ONLY REPLACED. So now we have to choose something for CZK 900 within a week instead of slippers from Superfit, otherwise our money will be forfeited.

We have not experienced such a service anywhere and they have a large selection of shoes. We're not going anywhere else.
