Definitely a big disappointment. After a long wait, we received the furniture. The weave has a different color on different parts of the furniture, the width of the weave cores is different. The cabinets have various fittings, the whirlpool lacked a filter. One would perhaps understand if something goes wrong. We suggested a discount as a solution ... they say it's okay and that they give us aroma in the whirlpool .... I wonder if they are worth losing a customer because of a few thousand? We will also buy a sauna and a massage bath. One thing I know for sure from Hanscraft will not be.

Unfortunately, I have only negative experiences with the products of this company. The filter pump lasted in operation for about a year. Complaint rejected due to poor service. It never occurred to me that for proper operation you have to disassemble the pump from time to time and check if the bearing is well lubricated :) The UV lamp lasted a year and a half for several thousand. Complaint rejected. Of course, I am to blame again and it was made with great arrogance. I had to throw away the filtration after half a year because it broke. Also my mistake. As for the seller. Reluctant, arrogant, irritable, absence of any help or advice. When asked if they have this or that, they will answer: "How do I know". 👍🏻

I definitely do not recommend! On June 1, 2017, I purchased the HANDSRAFT Blue Rainbow 3, which the manufacturer declares, among other things: "With aluminum construction there is also increased durability and durability of showers." I installed the shower only at the beginning of the summer season in 2018. When removing the shower on the end of the 2018 season I found the shower "blooming". The resulting result is a 5-month-long dry shower! I claimed the shower. Since the company also guarantees "... the highest level of access, care and quality of service." I assumed that my claim would be dealt with seriously. However, my claim was rejected on the grounds that I used too much water to run the shower and that I was alerted to this fact in the manual. The manufacturer does not mention this fact on his site and there was no notice in the attached manual that I received when purchasing the goods. In connection with the rejection of complaints, I was also sent a new manual, which already noticed this fact. This manual is dated 16 August 2017. That is, up to two and a half months after my purchase. However, the concept of severely hard water is not defined in the enclosed manual and becomes relative. In the final I bought a more expensive shower for a longer life, which after 5 months of use destroyed the water from the water line. The shower is unusable for a large number of customers, and it is inappropriate for the customer to learn this fact only after reading the manual (with a relative term) and only if the manual is issued with a manual issued on 16 August 2017. Personally, I would expect that a firm declaring quality will face such issues in a different way. I tried to refresh the shower again. I'm curious about the result.
