Elsewhere the standard process of contractual service, where everything is arranged without any problem, here you have to call spare parts all the way to Holland yourself, because the master tries to save and deceive not only the customer but also the insurance company. The repair itself turned out tragically, but we had the car repaired at our own expense elsewhere, but without stress and quality. Avoid the arch!
