Customer service was excellent. Manager and staff very polite. After learning I spoke very little Czech spoke to me in English (my native language) so I had full understanding of what was needed for my vehicle, time scale for parts delivery and completion of work.

Woman behind the wheel,
it is not as horrible as it may seem at first glance. He just doesn't understand cars. I arrived with the steering wheel jerking and the strange sound that the car made as you turned the steering wheel to which side you choose.
So just pour the liquid into a container I've never opened, change the wheels, oil and filter, and some other things and the car in front of you like a cat.
In Říčany with transport and home.
