Extremely unpleasant, arrogant and rude person in a wheelchair rental. Three days in advance I had a phone call that the carts were available, had enough, and no booking required. When I arrived on Saturday, he refused to serve me at all without reservation. Then he claimed that he had no free wheelchair and that he had only large and many other excuses and lessons. Finally, I showed him a specific parked truck and forced him to check on when he was booked.
At TONI CAR, nobody will ever see me again.
Tonicar does not pay its obligations - since November 2019, despite several claims, are unable to pay the invoice for transportation ... Carriers beware of their unreliable behavior !!!
In the trailer rental, I met an arrogance that I had not experienced at another company for a long time.
Everything as I agreed in advance. Without any problems.
I needed to transfer several inv. Carts from Prague to Tábor. I needed to borrow a larger trailer with a tarpaulin along the way. On Google, I traced the route closest company, the company of Toni Car Rican, I called them and they came out to meet me really. They lent me for the weekend trailer with a tarp for a decent price and I could once transported through 3 wheelchair to a place where public transport rides very limited. Thank you not only for three wheelchairs, but also for their helpfulness, willingness and quick action or borrow.
