We ordered the bag, it came without accessories, which the store undertook to deliver later, and despite all the urgencies, it did not deliver on time and the behavior was terrible. Never more
In the past, I was very satisfied with the business. But what is happening this year .... We will arrive on Tuesday, at the door of the sign that due to disease closed, they can arrive in 20 min. After the phone agreement it is finally 45. Finally, we decided to arrive another day, confirmed that it is already open. We'll arrive in place. On the door sign ... I'll come right now ... We wait 25 minutes, nobody anywhere. No one picks up phones.
Very helpful service, everything explained to me, because buying 1 briefcase was for me a really Spanish village. On the next occasion I will not hesitate and will be happy to go to this store again.
