TL;DR: Stay away from this place. It was one of the worse experiences with customer service I've ever had in my life. I brought my car for a regular service and asked to do a full checkup. The guy told me that if there was something wrong I wold get a message on the dashboard. Then I asked to install the latest software updates and the guy told me that there are no updates without checking when I know for a fact that my car has at least 2 pending updates, one of them rather important for the electronic handbrake, WTF? I insisted and the guy just started to argue with me so after a while I had enough so I grabbed the keys and left without service. Mind blowing.
