Super arrogant, disrespectful and rude person. I have been to 26 countries, 3 continents, this is the WORST customer service ever. And this horrible attitude is towards a woman with baby and a toddler in the car. He denied to sell me anything, helped me in any way, or even listen to what I need, just because I didn’t speak Czech, on top of everything he physically pushed me to get back to my car. If that happened in any other country, and I didn’t have my kids in the car I would have contacted the authorities. They don’t even deserve one star.
