I went there all the time last few years to change the tyres, but there is a new staff this year and I will never go there again. They are not polite, their behaviour is generally wrong.

Sometimes there was a top company here. I moved the car here every season for several years. I don't know what has changed, maybe they have new leadership. The last one in the summer was a horror. Waiting 2 hours, even though I had exactly ordered the appointment. For my time, they released some of my acquaintances who had not been ordered there at all. Then came another gentleman, who was riding on badly balanced bikes, so there were more waiting in the street. Then they found out that they had forgotten someone at all, and he waited. Complete chaos. When the queue came to me - no communication, arrogant approach, the quality of work is not much (they have their teeth full of it, yes). I thought gentlemen just had a bad day. When I look at the evaluation of other people, I see that it is already the norm.

So after the change of company in this tire, I was here for the first and last time. The arrogant behavior of the two younger men in particular was unparalleled. After the replacement, I preferred to check the tire inflation and 3 were underinflated. I don't act there anymore, even though I have it a minute from the house, I don't respect the customer here.

In two words, great misery. Arrogant staff, one has nowhere to wait and has to stand on the street, even when it is raining, poorly balanced bikes.
