Everything went smoothly until the cars were handed over for service. At the bared price, the amount communicated to me was 2000 CZK less than I had to pay in the finals. During the service, nobody contacted me for a change of amount consultation. The car came back from the service scratched on the entire left side of the car. In addition, the hood and windshield had remnants of a kind of clear adhesive that didn't go down. I changed the brakes, and they seemed to be new or at least unimpeded. But for wanting to be a service that people take seriously, they charge 5.5 hours for brake replacement. Unfortunately, this is a sign of the mechanics' inability. Reply to comment. Once the car has been repaired, it is no longer possible to consult the price. In the event of a price change, the customer should be informed at the time the price change is detected, before repair. The company was informed about the state of the car, I also specified in what environment the car was moving. I am sure that the company deliberately underestimated the price when evaluating all the information provided. I have not been able to remove the adhesive mixture until now. The only thing I can say about the complaint is that if you try to make a claim and you are unable to reach three days. Then you know that it would be word-to-word with the company, the car left the premises now it's your responsibility sir. That's not the way to solve it, because it would just argue. Simple recommendation and personal opinion: They do not recommend repairing cars here.
