Kostel Narození svatého Jana Křtitele

The church with a tower visible from afar has a building history from the Romanesque period, then mostly Gothic completion and then only modifications in a later renovation. I like a good location on a small hill surrounded by a cemetery wall, in the natural center of the village. It is an extraordinary monument of the Central Bohemian countryside.

A cozy church that definitely does not belong to the inventory, but by its antiquity, which surprisingly enjoys an unusually good state (probably because of a church that cares for it, what its strength is enough). The illusive altar, organ and the preserved original vault of the presbyter stand for attention. The sacrificial table of the sculptor André Vicha is worth mentioning.

A really interesting church with a very nice presbytery and a very pleasing appearance. I visited it during the night of the churches and unfortunately there was a gazebo, so I didn't take a good look at it.
