I have a bad experience with rockpoint processes. After canceling your order, the seller threatens to not get your money back because you have not filled out the form. And I'm right. 3 weeks after the cancellation is not happening and Ms. Marketa Zahalkova (eshop expert) told me that I have to wait another 14 days and maybe something happens if I canceled the order correctly. Well, the result ... I did not pick up the goods, canceled the order already 3 times and I have them the last 24 hours, then I send a complaint to the COI and I believe that they will get a fine for these procedures. And of course, I will certainly choose others from about 100 eshop with similar goods. I am fascinated by the inability of people in such a competitive environment as the sale of sportswear and equipment.
