Mr. Doctor gets 1 star from Google, because he wouldn't get one from me. I was ordered for 14:00, the lady was waiting for an hour in advance before the doctor took her, another girl sitting next to me was waiting for the doctor for an hour and a half (she was also ordered) before the doctor even dared to come to the surgery. For me, the term "ordering" for a certain hour means that the person will be accepted at a predetermined time with a maximum deviation of 5-10 minutes, but for example, the doctor has his own system. Because I had 1 hour reserved for the visit, I required a replacement appointment from the nurse, which she was unable to provide me even after another 15 minutes of waiting. So I took my health card. insurance company back and left without a replacement date. I consider this approach to be severely unprofessional, and if a 1 hour variance is needed at the time of ordering, the doctor should warn patients in advance.
