The have changed the turbine of my kia ceed. This happen s.dome time ago. I went to pick up the car, I tested it and the car was whistling, making noise. I asked to check and they said it was fine the I had to insist to check the car again so they agree there a problem on the car. They installed something wrong with the turbine. At the end after 2 months and 35.000 cz for a regenerated turbina plus the extra work they had to spend to fix their mistake, I had my car back back. Of course after few months the turbine broke again under guaranty, and if course they did not apply the guarantee. They said the turbine the installed was good and is the car fault if the turbine got broken, so they reccomend to sell the car. I pay again 30 000 cz. This time the turbine did not have any problem. After 2 years the car run perfectly so their recommendation to sell was just to cover their mistakes. I wrote the review really after long time, but I think is important to inform people on the lack for transparency and honesty of thi autoservis. Maybe this was only my bad experience, and generally they are fine. But unfortunately I cannot say it!!!
