After a very long time, I came across a collaboration that was like a sample book. I called Mr. Procházek about repairing the key on the BMW. He accepted me immediately, within 15 minutes I knew immediately what the problem was with the key and within half an hour the key was ready, like new. When paying, I asked if I could find an ATM somewhere. The answer was: "You don't have to go anywhere, I have a payment via QR code on my business card". Customer service was perfect for me. I told Mr Procházek that if there were more people in the world than he was, the world would be more beautiful in an instant. Maximum willingness, professional approach, fast action. I don't know who, but thank you for the fact that people like Mr Procházka still exist. There is little to recommend to this gentleman. Everyone who owns a car and has a key from it should save Mr. Procházka's number. Thank you once again!!! Not just for the key, but for your approach.

I applaud this really professional so much. My last car key was more than angry, it looked like I was going to hang somewhere, so I called him. I was with him within two hours, I note that it was too late, he didn't mumble, on the contrary, he was very nice and even if they rejected me elsewhere or gave me an appointment for another time, it was done within 30 minutes, I left really satisfied. Professionalism should be a matter of course nowadays, but it is not always the case. Thank you gentleman for pulling the thorn out of my heel and next time I know where to go.

I would like to publicly thank Mr. Procházek for his services and sympathy. He repaired my broken key and damaged car lock operatively and professionally. I can only recommend and will definitely recommend in my area.
