Dr.Max Pharmacy

They have a good selection, the staff in my case was nice, but they wrongly recommended other goods than the one I came for. I wanted to buy a blister patch from Compeed, which is perfect (I've tried a large painful blister on my foot once and it worked really well). Unfortunately, the staff referred me to a cheaper variant of the patch, which they sell under their brand Dr. Max, although there are more patches in the box and I saved around CZK 30 on the box, but it certainly didn't pay off. Despite my questions, the gentleman assured me that the patch works exactly the same and is of the same quality, a complete mistake, according to the product description, their patch works worse (it has a different thickness and unlike Compeed, the patch heals a blister only in its center in a rectangle, if you have a bigger blister, you won't be as happy as I am) DO NOT recommend people to another cheaper option if it is not really as good as what the person came for. I'm disappointed, I definitely won't let myself talk about it next time.

I do not recommend the reluctance of the staff without wanting to give me a bigger and much more expensive product than I want.

I was polite to ask the store if they would advise me on a skin problem (cracked hands) and recommend me some cream that would improve the skin. Unfortunately, the saleswoman started yelling at me as I imagine going there like there are no doctors and I have to go to the GP. I stayed calm and tried to explain to the saleswoman that before I went to the doctor, I wanted to test the pharmacy to see if they had any experience with such a problem. Unfortunately, the saleswoman interrupted me constantly and was very aggressive, so I picked up and left. I will not go into this branch anymore nor recommend it to anyone else.

Satisfaction with services below average. 2 *. 1. Willingness of staff is Miss Miss. Recently, either generally bad or we always had bad luck for the reluctant lady. Overall feeling bad. 2. Next, I got the impression that my customer was inconspicuously. Or for them min. not essential. We repeatedly had prescribed antibiotics (perhaps one each) and were not available repeatedly. This across a few months. Always recommend taking another with the same substance and with a supplement. The same thing today, but since it was a continuing dose of antibiotics, I tried a side-by-side pharmacy BENU. And there without problems and NO ADDITIONAL. I feel that drugs without surcharges, either Dr.Max, or not in good terms with suppliers or do not offer them to customers. Instead, prescription drugs replace them with a supplementary drug.

They do not handle product reservations from their own e-shop at all. In 24 hours they are unable to prepare a pack of vitamins, even if they have plenty of them at the store. It is therefore necessary to go to a distant pharmacy, which is able to handle them in a moment ...
