Worst staff ever, nobody speak english and they hate you if you don't speak czech, I was sent for cast control by nearest hospital. When I came there they screamed at me in czech, aggressively wrote a note and send me back to hospital. In hospital they said they don't make cast control and send me back to Prosek poliklinika. I was there 3 times, they never helped me.

A decent Polyclinic in this locality; Reception person was helpful! No token system, patients to self manage; My consultation was with Ortho (Surgery) who spoke decent English and did a good service.
