Absolutely tragic experience. On Friday 13.11. agreed to fix a sudden non-functional karma on Monday 16.11. afternoon. Unfortunately, the technician did not arrive and the dispatcher did not let me know. Tuesday 17.11. was a national holiday, so another contact until Wednesday 18.11. in the morning, when the dispatcher didn't even know who I was and where the technician was supposed to be. A new date for the technician's visit has been agreed. The technician did not know much about what could be causing the error and had to consult with a colleague. After the meeting, he concluded that the hydrogenerator is probably defective, which he does not have and it is necessary to order it. The order was supposed to be ordered on November 26, but when asked by the dispatcher, I was informed that the part was ordered on December 1. Subsequently, absolutely no communication. Therefore, another company was chosen for the repair, which solved everything and, moreover, it turned out that the defect was not in the hydrogenator at all. In short, virtually no communication, the service technician was not able to cause the defect (and if I did not choose the competition, then the functional part would be replaced and probably charged). Pearl at the end: allegedly ordered part until 18.12. did not arrive, but employees Gas partner s.r.o. until now they are considering whether they will urge the delivery of the part ...

Several technicians have already tried to set up my Baxi boiler. I happened to come across a gas partner, Mr. Skočdopol came and set everything up and explained to me. An unprecedented professional approach. The money was worth it, it's nice to have hot water when you need it.
