Mr. Michl is a man in the right place. Through Česká Realitní spol. We bought my apartment with my husband and we were happy with everything. Helpful and professional, everything went quickly and smoothly. Other realtors could learn, because unfortunately such behavior is not the norm today. We can only recommend.

This real estate agency does its job one hundred percent. Mr. Michl from the realtor was excellent. I was selling the apartment everything went quickly without any problems and subsequently helped me in buying a new property.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! When looking for an apartment in a higher price category, we met Mr. Macháček, who was to present the apartment at P5. Unfortunately, we have become accustomed to looking at a rather expensive real estate instead of providing adequate documentation with a black and white copy of the floor plans, but unfortunately we do not want to get used to it. And when our comment on the rather illogical interior disposition of the apartment instead of a meaningful response responds arrogantly "so you should not come here at all", we know for sure that through this real estate agency NEVER and Nothing to buy.
