Near Lesopark In the north of Prague, in the triangle defined by the final metro station, the shopping center and the forest park, there is a unique construction of 114 family houses. For all who want to live in Prague, at the metro, but in the green. At present, we have sold all houses from the first and second stages. We will be launching the third stage in autumn 2019. Currently, the construction of 3 apartment buildings is under way. In each house there will be 17 apartments. These apartments will be for rent only. Houses 1 and 2 will be completed in September 2019 and House 3 in February 2020.
