The staff is lazy, not helpful at all, just chatting there and ignoring customers. The choice in the shop is not that big.

They mistaken my order, which I made through the e-shop, so I went here on my free time over half of Prague to exchange the goods for me. The second option, which they offered me by phone, was to send the goods back by post, but they would deliver the order to me only when they received the badly sent goods, for which I did not have the time or mood to wait. However, they generously offered to refund my postage for returning the wrong package. I did not receive any compensation for their mistake, and I still felt on the spot when I came to exchange the goods that I was annoying. One does not expect this when one is interested in sending goods home from the e-shop and also pays for it. Negotiations nothing much, environment nice, clean, air conditioned. The store is nice, but the human factor is failing.

I would recommend continuously updating the information here on Google so that other customers do not go over half of Prague to one of the three open stores (for some reason information about open stores is also missing on the website) to come to the store, where it is downloaded blind, but probably the entire store staff behind it. There are no opening hours or any info on traffic restrictions at the store, so the question of whether they are only currently closed or also part of government measures and the store is temporarily closed did not seem so out of reality, however, the lady / lady apparently had different opinion. And so the only result of the visit to the store were the employee's sour and ceasing remarks that it had been closed for some two months. As a matter of course, I understand that he probably has his problems and worries, but is the time really so hard that we can't be polite to each other? And if so, it's so heavy, so I still ask the staff to be pro-customer and at least polite. Despite the fact that I like the brand, the assortment is not so unique that it cannot be purchased elsewhere and it is not worth talking about. It was not the first time that I encountered this approach in a3 sport in Letňany. But it was definitely the last time on my part. Big bad.
