after reading most of the reviews, we can only confirm - we recommend giving your hands away from the store / service or company. we solved the phone complaint (after a year). it was quite without problems, except that they replaced the phone's memory from 128 to 64 GB when we replaced it. an error can happen, but the subsequent action (doubtful pages to verify the IMEI, which should have proved to us that we put 64 GB there) and the overall action, "willingness", a hint of apology or acknowledgment that they could be mistaken .. ... an absolute horror that makes one think that it was probably not a complete coincidence or a mistake ....... one bites the loss of a few GB of memory, we came across our own naivety that the phone was bought there only because of the undershot price ( the reasons are now obvious according to the readings of other reviewers) ..... but the embarrassment of negotiations and the quality of services as such .... it is simply a weakness and nowadays such companies should disappear from the map ........ lesson - the quality of the service is always clearly in front of the price factor !! yes and it's a pity that it is not possible to give zero or ideally minus the stars ... :-) :-)

In short: After my last experience, I was happy to take a 500 CZK more expensive phone to Malla. I do not recommend VK Servis. The saleswoman was visibly disgusted by repeated questions from customers about the European distribution of phones, the box of the chosen model was also unpacked and despite that she did not let me take out the phone and inspect the accessories. The foil of the phone was visibly already peeled off, and from the little I could see, the phone looked more like a second-hand piece. My impression: "Don't you want a hare in a sack? Goodbye!" So the last thing I heard when I mentioned that I would have to change my mind was "Goodbye." From this experience and other comments, I was able to quickly deduce how a possible complaint would probably take place. I bought a phone here a few years ago and it works smoothly until now, but I wouldn't buy another one right now. 2 * at decent prices, but the question is, is it worth it?

I am very disappointed :( The phone came unpacked. They replaced the original accessories with non-original ones. Don't buy anything from them!

Delivery evaluation - goods ordered on Saturday, immediately information about the status of the order and dispatch the same day. This is a level service. The goods were unpacked, intact, unused and with the appropriate accessories.
