For me, Econea is the absolute heart when buying environmentally friendly products. I must also praise the incredibly nice girl at the infoline, who tried to satisfy me with everything so that I had as little worry as possible when exchanging goods (the wrong piece was bought by my own stupidity).

I can only recommend the excellent service. I bought and I was pleasantly surprised how the saleswomen were willing to know perfectly knowledgeable and especially fast I can only recommend 👍

I shop at Econea regularly, I like the company's philosophy. Twice I had to deal with something more and they have absolutely perfect customer service. I was dealing with a broken ReTap bottle and although I had only one shard left in the top, they had no objection to claiming the warranty. The second time I had to deal with a small confusion in the goods and again the young lady on the phone was absolutely perfect. The goods were exchanged in one way by courier-within the idea of ​​saving the planet. I wish Ecocon well and may we continue to praise!

I ordered a glass bottle here. The bottle came out fine, but after about less than a month it burst without falling off or anything like that (it was my first glass bottle, so I really paid maximum attention to it). So I wrote an Econea.cz e-mail, I immediately attached a photo of a glass bottle. They answered me quickly and were very willing to surprise me. A new bottle was sent to me immediately. My new bottle also burst within 14 days, I really don't know how it's possible, this time of course I paid even more attention to it. Maybe they were defective pieces, I don't know ... So I wrote another e-mail, saying that I expected that my complaint would no longer be accepted, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was offered to be sent another bottle, but I didn't want to take any chances, so I was also offered a refund or a voucher for another purchase worth the bottle. So I can't say anything negative. The communication is really great, I was always happy with the products I had (except for the bottle, but it was probably just a stupid coincidence, because the products were always always fine), and the goods are packed really ecologically. I can't complain, just keep going.

I like to shop here, as already mentioned, I would like a little lower prices so that I can buy more :) and organic products can reach a wider range of people, but I understand them and I fully respect them. Their approach is very friendly, I would say personal. Keep it up!
