Normally normal Norma, in addition, they have some food products from Germany and it's a bit obvious about their quality.

The offer of goods is not bad. However, the question is how much care does the company choose and care for its employees. I would say it will not be such a glory. The obviously exhausted manager or "older" (in the sense of more experienced) saleswoman handled my complaint for a quarter of an hour and in the meantime had to serve a bunch of customers who left her on the neck of her two colleagues. As a result, she took my account and said that she would not return it to me, I objected, so she should copy it if she no longer settled the complaint on the spot and return the account to me. She left the cash register at the cash register and went back to make me a copy ... Nothing against it. But working here must really be an experience.

I go there for food and treats for cats, which they don't have elsewhere, otherwise they have improved a lot overall,
