I had good previous experience with My Ambulance with the branch in Prague in Nové Butovice, so when moving to Brno I decided to continue to use the services of MA in Brno. I filled out the PRELIMINARY online registration on the website, I could not attend the entrance examination because I ended up in quarantine. Without my knowledge and the only signature of any official document, the MA has already transferred my medical records between the branches and they have therefore terminated my registration at the branch in Prague. At the same time, however, they could not register me in Brno either, because the registration card was not signed, so I currently do not have a general practitioner, and at the same time my sensitive documentation is "my own" doctor, where I am not registered. When dealing with an acute situation where I need a medical examination to start a new job, the nurse ordered me for a term in 14 days. When I tried to explain the situation to her and ask her to speed up the deadline, she treated me incredibly arrogantly and told me in other words that it was my fault that I had not signed the registration before (this is done badly from quarantine). Absolute arrogance, reluctance to blame your patients and, moreover, violation of the principles of personal data protection ... in short, MA Brno never again

I am very satisfied with the approach of the entire staff and doctors. I consider it excellent that the ordering system works (minimum waiting), I order medicines by e-mail (I get the code for the pharmacy the same day by SMS), the number of doctors is constant, so I de facto have my intern who knows me by name (which is nice), etc. . P.S .: When reading other reviews, I am not surprised. Do we go to the same door? Whoever wants to make an appointment will always make an appointment here. And who is so "sick to death" that even if he is not at the ambulance, he just wants to overtake all those ordered and the reservation system does not tell him anything, so he will always be dissatisfied ...

Great! I transferred here from a doctor who was not willing to send me for the necessary examinations, resp. make the necessary tests. Here, during the first visit, the doctor ordered my intakes and was willing to hear what my health problems were, which she immediately started to solve. So far, I am very satisfied, with the doctor and the nurses. The online system is excellent. Well thank you

Absolutely incredible company. After trying to register, I was told that my application had been canceled - they had not been able to call, and when I called back, I was already in the trash, saying that they were not accepting any more. Well, good. Subsequently, they called me from the headquarters with what was with my order. When I explained the situation to them, they told me that it was only a temporary situation in September and registration could be in October again. Well, good. In October, I gave the registration again (there is really info on the website that they are accepting) and now they have called me that they are not accepting. So I'm waiting for them to call me again from headquarters and the circle will close. You really don't want this.

I am completely satisfied with the services of the ambulance. Pleasant helpful and helpful doctors, doctors and nurses. Possibility of electronic communication, including ordering dates and recipes.
