we had a good experience, a nice lady at the reception, a nice technician, he explained everything, then we waited for a while for documents, however, because the network fell, otherwise we would wait a few minutes. Absolutely fine for me. This is my second visit here after years and I have good experiences and memories from the first one. I recommend.

Long hours of waiting, it is not possible to order. A razor-sharp lady on the phone. On the first technical attempt, he will probably only get a new car. They fired them all while we were waiting.

At the MOT, they measured a low tread on my front tires. The technician assured me that only the faults listed in the report are checked during the repeated technical inspection. In my case it was the tires (explicitly recorded in the protocol that the front tires). On the second check I arrived after the vacation, I changed the front tires, while the rear wheeled. Another technician laughed at me that he would check everything he saw, not just the recorded defects, and without further speech he carried me into a big TP that I was unsatisfactory and the vehicle was unfit to drive. So a repeated waste of time, a few hundred crowns and a lot of nerves. The other technician acted as a carp to a newcomer to the Foreign Legion. I really enjoyed it and I will definitely buy a car from Femat ....
