Was fairly OK, they serve beverages and have free wifi/laptop while you are waiting, unfortunately you have to wait more than an hour in the middle of nowhere to get your car ChipTuned and cannot watch how they do it ;-)

Do they really have 98% ?? !!! Everyone I know does not recommend this company !! I had a chip made in Hradec Králové and right after it (five km) the car started to fall into distress. I'll cut it short, then the man from Prague called me as soon as he didn't even see the car, that it's definitely a defect in my car and that the chip is not to blame. I uploaded the original map back there and the car drives normally again. Of course, they didn't return the money to me.
