Absolutely incapable of RM. I have never experienced anyone with such a lax attitude as Mr. Janša. We were interested in apartment 2 + 1, which should be free from 1.6. So we had to send a reservation fee and sign a reservation contract immediately (it was April 24). with the tour being 3 days later. The tour moved to the beginning of May, as the original tenants were said not to have been evicted (although the apartment was to be cleared out by then). This was the next 2 weeks, after constant calling and writing mails finally arranged a tour (Mr. Janša "MBA" was not able to speak himself, mostly did not take phones and one could not get in touch with him properly). Mr. Janša canceled the tour by e-mail 2 hours before the tour. When we called him so he told us that the morning the owner did not pick up the phone - this already testifies to his absolute incompetence and disinterest in any work for his clients. However, it continued all the time until June 1, when we were to move in and we basically did not even see the apartment (excuses of the type - the original owner did not give me the keys etc .. so you are a real estate broker and perhaps get the keys to your work no - in addition I doubt that the owner was not able to hand over the keys and lost the whole 1 rent - I do not want to believe it, rather Mr. Janša was not interested in it. 1.6. so we called him and he gave us a suggestion that he would give us a rust. or just wait and move the move date. We told him he had time to 10.6. and also that if it does not arrange, we will require a refund of the fee + we will continue to deal with it. We criticized his approach that he does not take a cell phone and do not care, instead of apologies came only a reaction - I'm no dispatching and put it. The next week, we received a letter stating that "due to a failure on the part of the owner, he unbinds the contract and sends us a rescission fee." It is almost 3 weeks and Mr. Janša does not respond to the email and the fee is nowhere. For all those who think about working with this ABSOLUTELY INCORRECT MAN, I say put your hands away from it.

I do not recommend, Mr. Janša is unreliable and still unpleasant. We agreed on a tour of the apartment. He did not arrive, apologized, and did not respond to calls or messages. An apologetic call after four (!!) hours that the gentleman took a tour for another day is useless. Especially when I learn that it is actually my fault, because I did not call an hour before the inspection if the inspection is valid. The tour was confirmed by Mr. Janša by means of an SMS message with the correct date and time. Likewise, he promised to send more information by e-mail for rent, of course not.

Our experience with reality janša is negative. We paid a reservation deposit for the apartment, but Mr. Janša did not show up for the apartment and after a few days the rental of the apartment completely canceled, referring to the death in the family of the owner of the apartment. Despite this fact, when the cancellation was made by him, we should have paid a cancellation fee when returning the reservation deposit, which we refused. Mr Janša asked if we wanted to complain about his services, which we agreed to. Mr. Janša issued a complaint protocol, which we disagreed with, because he did not have the essentials, we did not sign it or receive it in writing. We did not receive any notification or money after the complaint period. We tried to contact Mr. Janša in every possible way, unfortunately unsuccessfully (he blocked all our numbers, etc.). We have been dealing with the situation since October 2015. We are still trying to recover the money, so we asked the court to issue a payment order.

The worst broker in the world, more ignorant than Mr. Janšt.
