Repairing service was so slow. It was taking them 11 days until they were able to let me know about their finding out the problem. Other than that everything was perfect. People at reception very helpful and communicative.

Nikon authorized service never again. The D700 digital SLR has stopped working. I filled out their form (including type and serial number), Toptrans came for the camera. In 3 days they wrote back to me that support for this product has been discontinued and is being shipped back. No information that is broken down, nothing. When I finally called their information line, I was told that they hadn't even opened the camera, because if they were an unsupported type, they didn't. The lady could not explain to me why they had the camera sent at all, when it had to be clear from the form that they would not do anything about it. Except for the lost 5 days when I don't have my camera as a photographer, I was really annoyed by the illogical nature I wouldn't expect from Nikon.
