I bought a Sencor TV here. After about 8 months of use, it started to get angry - every two hours a black or colored spot appears, the TV flashes, sometimes the picture falls completely. I complained last week, they brought it to me today. Complaint rejected with a letter that the defect was not found. The letter goes on to say, "Black or other colored spots may appear on the screen. This is a characteristic of displays." What else to say.

Absolutely catastrophic customer service, the claimed electronics are delayed unnecessarily long and their famous light bulbs do not last even a month. In addition, when I asked a specific question about a specific product, the worker tried at all costs to look for a mistake in the question asked, instead of doing what the employer pays him for. Just communism, grandmothers, yikes ... I do not recommend, you'd better find another seller.
